I opened Cassell Insurance Agency in July 2015 with a simple goal: to help people understand their insurance and feel confident about their coverage. My team and I take the time to listen, answer questions, and review each customer’s needs. Before becoming an Allstate agency owner, I spent 20 years in financial services and earned my bachelor’s degree in business finance from La Sierra University in Riverside, California. Coming from humble beginnings taught me the value of hard work, trust, and treating people with care. Those values continue to guide how I lead our agency.

I moved from the Chicago area to Florida in 2014, and Lakeland has become home for my wife, Emmy, our children, Ava and Avery, and me. Outside the office, I enjoy playing basketball with my daughter, soccer and video games with my son, and spending weekends with my family at nearby theme parks or Clearwater Beach.

Being part of this community means giving back. I’m proud to have supported the Lakeland High School and Lakeland Christian School girls’ basketball teams, as well as the Alzheimer’s Association. I’m also a member of the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce.
